When my dear friend passed away I was appointed the personal representative of his estate, included in that was a condo that he had inherited from his daughter that had passed away three months prior to his death. This was something totally new to me and very emotionally and physically exhausting and confusing. As soon as the probate was filed, my phone and e-mail started blowing up with calls from investors wanting to buy the condo! One of those calls was from Marisa Fagan from Harmony Holdings group. Marisa was never pushy, in fact she was totally opposite. Unfortunately she wasn’t the highest offer, so me, being in unfamiliar territory, went with the highest offer! Needless to say that contract fell through, after them wasting 3 weeks of my time! After two more contract fell through, I decided to call Marisa. BEST DECISION I have ever made!! Within 24 hours I had a very reasonable offer and within two weeks we were at the closing table!!! AMAZING is all I can say! I highly recommend Harmony Holdings Group! Very professional and very easy to work with! Thanks again Marisa and Harmony Holdings Group, you made this hard time so much easier!

Harmony Holdings Group reached out to me after my father passed away asking if they could purchase his house. The house was in Largo FL while I lived in NJ. I wasn't ready at that time. There was so much to think about, plus I had to move my mother home to NJ with us to take care of her. We thought we would fix up the house and keep it as a second home. But as time went by we did some analysis and realized it was just too hard to get the house fixed up while living in NJ. Marisa Fagan kept in contact with us to see how things were progressing. I finally reach out to her to say we were ready to sell, and Marisa and Harmony Holdings made everything easy for us. Thank you to Marisa for sticking by with us and giving us the encouraging words to help us know we were making the right decision. I would refer anyone in the same situation to Marisa and Harmony Holdings. They just all made it easy. Thanks!

Harmony Holdings was great. My dealings with them were fast and efficient. Jordon came over to the house, did a walk thru, and offered me the price I was asking for. Then she gave me as much time as I needed to vacate the premises. - The closing was also a breeze. It was held at my house on the final day we were moving out. In less than an hour the documents were signed and the funds wire transferred to my bank within hours. - The whole process was completely painless. This is the easiest way to sell a house.
